Self-worth — building an internal sense of worthiness

Self-worth refers to your internal sense of your own value or worthiness as a person. People with high levels of self-worth value themselves, and feel worthy of love and respect from others. When your self-worth is limited, however, you may worry that you’re “not good enough”, and compare yourself to others. Your self-doubt can sometimes lead you to avoid people, places and situations that are important to you.

Through our work together, you can develop an internal sense of worthiness and stop your inner critic from getting in the way of living the life you envision for yourself.

“Loving ourselves through the process of owning our story is the bravest thing we will ever do.”
