Sadness is a basic human emotion that everyone experiences from time to time. It is a normal response to life’s painful experiences, loss and loneliness. When sad feelings become all- consuming though, and you no longer find satisfaction in the things you used to enjoy, therapy can help.

Before starting therapy, many of my clients feel hopeless, irritable, and lack motivation to engage in activities that matter to them. Sleep and appetite can be affected, as well as focus and attention. In therapy, I will support you in recognizing and responding to your emotions in a new way. We’ll work together to get you back on the path towards the life that you desire.
