Compassionate Therapy for Meaningful Change
Therapy in Phoenix and virtually throughout Arizona, Massachusetts and Ohio residents
Do you feel like there is more to life?
Are you ready to feel more at ease?
You feel stressed, anxious and overwhelmed
You lack confidence in yourself, compare yourself to others and believe you aren’t “good enough”
You find it hard to say “no” and set boundaries because you’re worried about what other people will think
You struggle with motivation and connecting with joy in your life
You have experienced painful events, recently or years ago, that continue to weigh on you
You want to worry less, feel more confident in yourself and find joy again.
You’re tired of your inner critic running the show, but you don’t know what to do about it.
You’ve tried figuring it out on your own, read self-help books, listened to podcasts and maybe even tried therapy before, but you feel like you haven’t gotten to the source yet.
Welcome! I’m Tara, and I’m so glad you’re here.
Clients often come to me when they can make sense of their struggles intellectually, yet still find themselves feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed.
We’ll cover it all in therapy. It’s so important to me that you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted, and have a space where you can breathe, laugh, cry and begin to understand yourself with greater compassion rather than judgment.
I believe you are the expert on your own life and that my role is to help you uncover your inner wisdom as your collaborative partner and guide. I provide an embodied presence, thoughtful reflection, and evidence-based tools to support your growth. If we work together, I'll help you to feel more grounded, at ease and connected with what matters most to you.
