At the start of therapy, many of my clients come in with a harsh inner critic and notice a toll on their mental health and well-being. They feel stressed, anxious, depressed, and lack confidence in themselves. They make choices that don’t align with their values and struggle to connect in their relationships.

When your self-worth is low, life can feel exhausting and happiness can seem out of reach. Through our work together, we will identify limiting beliefs and thought patterns that are keeping you from living the life you want. I will help you to respond to the stories your mind tells you, learn new coping tools for stress, and develop self-compassion to empower you to live in alignment with your values.

My personal style..

My clients describe me as non-judgmental, compassionate and easy to connect with. My approach is, first and foremost, collaborative. My trust in you as the authority of your own experience is at the core of my therapeutic process. I’m not here to “fix” you or to tell you what to do, nor do I claim to know exactly what that is! My role is to guide you in uncovering your own internal resources and developing them from the inside out. I believe that when you know and accept yourself, meaningful change will occur.

A little bit more about me..

When I’m not with clients, I love reading psychology-related books and attending educational workshops to stay current. I also love spending time outside in nature, practicing yoga and mindfulness, reading fiction novels, and connecting with family and friends.
